Hello, and welcome to my website! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice specializing in the most empirically supported mindfulness-based treatments for adolescents and adults. We all have those moments in life where we can not seem to get ahold of our emotions, relationships, and/or responsibilities. At the same time, I truly believe that we are always doing the best we can. Sometimes we simply lack the skills needed to cope more effectively. That’s where I come in! My approach is compassionate, client centered, and evidence-based. I draw on your innate strengths, while integrating skills so you can navigate life’s challenges with more ease. Areas of Practice


Individual Therapy

I am certified in CBT and a trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher. I’ve received intensive training in a number of evidence based protocols. I am passionate about delivering treatment that is flexible and tailored to your unique needs while remaining tethered to the research base. My sessions are experiential and aimed at helping you cope with difficult life experiences and strong emotions. My ultimate goal is to help you overcome barriers to living a rich and meaningful life.

Group therapy

I provide Dialectical Behavior Skills Training and Mindful-Self Compassion groups. I believe it is so important that we learn the “life skills” that promote stress resilience in a supportive environment. I also provide weekly groups to local treatment centers on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, relapse prevention, and stress management. Please inquire further about group availability.

Professional trainings

I proudly offer training workshops to mental health professionals on a range of topics related to CBT and other empirically-supported treatments. I also provide training on the common elements of the most empirically supported mindfulness-based treatments (DBT, ACT, MBSR, MBCT, MBRP, MB-EAT) and how to flexibly integrate these treatments in practice.

Teaching / Supervision

I have years of experience providing supervision in adherent CBT and “third wave” mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. Additionally, I have taught at various academic and training institutions, such as Harbor-UCLA, Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and Azusa Pacific University. I am conveniently located between Beverly Hills and Miracle Mile. Street parking is available on Crescent Heights, San Vicente, and Commodore Sloat. Please be aware of parking restrictions including street cleaning and rush hour. There is also parking in the building for about $10 per hour, though parking is not validated.
